Information about statutory withdrawal rights, returns and refunds for KEINX customers.
Right of withdrawal
Fourteen days.
No reason required.
Consumers generally have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. For goods, the period normally begins when you, or a third party you name who is not the carrier, receives them. Sending your withdrawal declaration before the deadline is sufficient to meet it.
Your decision to withdraw must be clear. You can use the model form below, but it is optional and you do not need to give a reason.
Return costs
For an ordinary voluntary return or statutory withdrawal, you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. This obligation is disclosed before purchase. Return-shipping costs are separate from the original delivery charge.
For defective, incorrect or damaged goods, fulfilment errors or other verified cases for which KEINX or a supplier is responsible, return-shipping costs are not automatically charged to you. These cases are assessed separately.
KEINX has no single fixed return address. Once we have received your declaration and obtained the authorized destination from the supplier responsible for your item, we will email you the confirmed return address and instructions. Do not automatically send a return to the address shown as the original parcel sender. You do not need prior approval or a return address to exercise your statutory right.
Incorrect, damaged or defective products
Statutory warranty rights apply separately to incorrect, damaged or defective goods. Contact support@keinx.de with your order number and relevant details. Do not let this contact or return-address arrangements delay a statutory withdrawal declaration.
Refunds

Following a valid withdrawal, KEINX must reimburse payments received from you, including the cost of the least expensive standard delivery offered, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal declaration. Additional delivery costs caused by choosing a more expensive delivery option do not have to be reimbursed.
The refund may be withheld until the goods have been received back or you provide evidence that you sent them back, whichever occurs first. You must send the goods back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing KEINX of the withdrawal.
Refunds will normally use the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is expressly agreed. You will not incur fees because of that reimbursement.
Product condition
Inspect it.
Keep it considered.
You may inspect and try the goods only to the extent needed to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning, as you could in a shop. Trying on clothing does not by itself remove your right to withdraw.
Under §357a BGB, you may be liable for a loss in value only if it results from handling beyond what was necessary for that inspection and the statutory information requirements have been met.

This electronic withdrawal function is available for sending a clear declaration to KEINX. Enter your name, order number and the item(s) or part of the contract concerned, plus an email address for acknowledgment. You may also send your declaration to support@keinx.de. No reason or prior approval is required.
KEINX has no single fixed return address because destinations vary by supplier and product. After receiving your declaration, we will obtain the authorized destination for your return and email you the address and instructions. Do not automatically send goods to the original parcel-sender address. This return-address process does not delay or restrict your right to withdraw.
